• We are 5k beyond Crest heading towards Die and Gap,
  in the centre of the village called Mirabel et Blacons

Situated in the heart of the Drôme region, our campsite is the
perfect place from which to discover the natural beauties and
fascinating traditions of this part of France:

• The Vercors National Park with its breath-taking roads, deep gorges,
caves, history (the edge of the Park is 10K from the campsite)

• Picturesque hilltop villages with local craft shops, potteries etc.

• Regional products in the local cuisine, on the colourful market stalls,
visits to farms and wine-growers (Clairette de Die, Côtes du Rhône…)

• beautiful and exciting scenery: vineyards, lavender fields, the Forest of Saou with its cliffs, the Druise waterfall (70m high), the gorges at Omblèze, the Roanne valley, the mountains around Die, the Ramières nature reserve…

• a variety of flora and fauna including chamois, roe deer, beavers, egrets.. different kinds of wild orchid

• places to take the children: the workshop in Blacons producing marbles, the Tower in Crest, the bird garden at Upie, the silk-worm farm at Saillans, the tropical aquarium at Alex
